Some kids have played games on my computer well then they decided to stuff up mu Norton Anti Virus, they deleted or uninstalled some things did enought damage that I can't retreive it any longer, now what I am upset about is that after numerous phone calls and e-mails and the links provided to their site by their e-mails have got me nowhere. I don't have Norton on a CD, well when I installed SP2 I decided to get the 90 days free trial of Norton through the link on Microsoft site everything was just great and when 90 days expired I purchased a further one year subscription. There were choices Downoad at 54 dollars something or CD purchase to the same price. Well stupid me I just purchased the download for extended year and never thought that I will never be allowed to download again if I run in to problems with my computer. I have problems of even now purchasing anything from their site, I wanted to purchase the CD of Norton Anti Virus and Fire Wall but what happens is after filling out everything I end up being told sorry we can't process your order because the product is excluded from being purchased in your region. Meaning that I am acctualy an Australian Citizen who is currently working in Serbia Former Yugoslavia but the conflict arises because of my e-mail here and the C. Card which is with the Australian address. Now their last e-mail to me, prior ones had links of how to go about reinstalling Norton, which meant I was entitled, the links were use less I was not recognised by their site even though I have Order and Reg no, they recognise me and payment throught e-mail but not on their site, as I started to say their last e-mail really made me mad as the person after all this is writing to tell me that now I am not entitled to download because my original download was OEM meaning that it was pre installed through my purchase of the computer and that I should contact the Computer Manufacturer to obtain a dowload. Bloody ridiculous, what I hate the most is they are trying to make me like I have an egg in my head instead of a brain, I feel ripped off, it's not a great deal of money but now I am paying to be made an idiot too. Where I am at the moment I have problems purchasing a CD in a Store because this country has been at war for 10 years and it doesn't have a great choice for life so Computer Stores are a reall luxury which they go without. Stuck, angry and no protection for my PC and really don't know what to do, travell to Ireland and kill them is my first thought. If you had courage to read and understand all this I take my hat off to you if you have an answer tell me where I can send you the MONEY it would be well spent.
